Karmine Corp swept CTBC Flying Oyster 2-0 at Worlds 2026, eliminating the LCP's last remaining team. The French-based side move to 2-2 in the Swiss Stage, leaving one best-of-three between them and the quarter-finals.

The Round 4 tie began at 20:05 on Thursday 29 October and needed only two games. KC took the first game in 28 minutes and closed out the second in 37.

The result ends a run of two straight defeats. An opening victory over Anyone’s Legend had been followed by single-game losses in Rounds 2 and 3. They now have three games won and two lost in the event.

CFO were the higher seed, so they had first choice for game one. They took first pick, which put KC on the blue side. The opener was one-sided, with KC finishing on 18 kills to CFO’s three, according to GosuGamers.

Riot Games uses a five-round Swiss format. A team that reaches three match losses is knocked out. For CFO, this was a third defeat. Their opening win over Team Liquid was followed by losses to Movistar KOI and T1.

Before Worlds, CFO’s last two results came in LCP Split 3 2026: a 3-1 win over MVK Esports and a 0-3 defeat to Team Secret Whales.

The Elo power rankings show a wide gap between the sides. KC are 10th on a rating of 1796. CFO are 54th on 1638. The teams had met before, at the First Stand 2025 knockout stage on 15 March 2025, when KC won 3-2.

KC reached the Swiss Stage through the Play-In. They opened it on 15 October 2026 by edging Cloud9 in a five-game series. They then beat MVK Esports 3-0 in both the Upper Bracket Final and the Grand Final. Their roster is Canna, Yike, Busio, Caliste and Kyeahoo.

A team goes through to the Knockout Stage once it reaches three match wins. One more victory would send KC through, while one more defeat would end their campaign. The Knockout Stage is split between Allen and Brooklyn, New York. Quarter-finals run from 3 to 6 November and start at 10.00pm UTC.

The prize pool totals US$5 million, with US$1 million going to the champions. The final is at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn on Saturday 14 November. It is scheduled to start at 7.00pm UTC.

First comes the final Swiss day. All Swiss Stage matches are played in Allen, Texas. KC’s decider will be held there on Saturday, against opponents who were still to be confirmed when Round 4 ended.
