Peruvian esports organisation INFAMOUS Gaming has named esports tournaments platform Community Gaming as the lead sponsor of its academy INFAMOUS Young.
As part of the deal, both entities will put together three new lineups to compete in VALORANT, Mobile Legends: Bang Bang and Pokémon Unite in Latin America.
To promote these new talents the academy will organise 18 tournaments â evenly distributed among the three games â that will take place during a six-month period. Any esports fan in LATAM will have the opportunity to participate in these tournaments by simply registering on the Community Gaming platform.
Founded in 2015, INFAMOUS looks to become a prominent name in LATAMâs esports and gaming scene. The organisationâs first roster made history by qualifying for The Frankfurt Major in 2015, and two years later, it also became the first South American team to attend Dota 2âs The International. Currently, INFAMOUS Young is competing in the Mobile Legends LATAM Super League which is set to conclude on Sunday, October 30th.Â
Apart from INFAMOUS, Community Gamingâs roster of esports-related partners boasts the likes of Riot Games and Moonton, among others. Community Gamingâs deal with the Chinese publisher also focused on the LATAM region, as both entities launched the âDawn of Heroesâ MLBB tournament series in 2021.

Christian âXtianâ Roque, CEO of Team INFAMOUS, commented on the partnership: âWe are very happy to join a cutting-edge platform in the organisation of tournaments that will make life easier for users and organisers, a platform that believes in profits for all with Blockchain payment technology.
âThanks to Community Gaming we will take the gaming experience of professionals and amateurs to another level since to win level does not matter as much as the action and the time you dedicate to it.â
